This project consisted of the construction of a General Practitioner Medical Office. The facility includes 28 exam rooms, patient consult rooms, 4 Doctors’ offices, 6 PA offices, an administration wing, phlebotomy lab, vaccine storage labs, 4 patient waiting rooms, 17 ADA compliant restrooms, patient check in lobby, break rooms, conference rooms and a second floor which houses financial offices.
The project was built to HIPAA and ADA standards. The facility is fully automated with Access Controls, Fire & Security Alarms, Video Surveillance, Local Networking and includes both Wet Pipe and Dry Pipe fire protection systems. Site work included clearing, grading, water and sewer, storm water collection, landscaping and irrigation, and paving. The facility has internal roof drain collection courtyards that drain rain water to the retention pond.
