This project consisted of a new meeting house facility which includes a sanctuary, small kitchen, bishops offices, administration office, classrooms, and a media center. The exterior attributes of this building consisted of CMU load bearing masonry walls, fire rated wood truss roof, shingles and EPDM roofing, fiberglass steeple, brick veneer and EFIS exterior finish with aluminum storefront windows.

Interior finishes included drywall, sisal wall covering, textured painted walls, ceramic tile, carpet, and custom mill work. The facility included state of the art mechanical equipment with fresh air ventilation. Extensive audio & video equipment was installed throughout the building. LED lighting was also included as was fully automated lighting and mechanical controls. Site work included grading and paving, landscaping, irrigation, site concrete, sewer lift station, and site lighting.
