Leroy Rogers Senior Center Additions

Leroy Rogers Senior Center was a 7,763 sq ft public assembly building. An addition of 4,463 sq ft was added to the rear of the facility. The addition included a PEMB structure, slab on grade, metal studs and drywall partitions, CFS curtain walls, store front windows,. Interior finishes included VCT, ACT ceilings, and ceramic tile floors. Custom cabinets and wood doors finished it off. The new space included a mechanical mezzanine with new HVAC equipment and an AAON exhaust system. The existing space was renovated during construction and received a new retrofit insulation system, ceiling finishes, floor finishes, doors and hardware to match the new construction. All lighting and controls were replaced in the existing facility.
