The Lowndes County Judicial Complex (Phase II) consisted of constructing a new, 50,000 SF, three story facility that provides an administrative center for government functions, commission meeting chambers and offices for Utilities, Engineering, Zoning and Planning, The County Manager, County Clerk, and Finance.
The project was completed on an urban site and required careful planning for deliveries and parking.
