The White Head Industrial project consisted of constructing a new 7,760 SF showroom with a covered loading dock. The building is all brick on the exterior and has an exposed structure (painted black) and polished concrete floors on the interior.
The building was designed in harmony with the surrounding historical structures. The sales counter was constructed with reclaimed heart pine from the local area. The project also included site development to include water and sewer services, site grading, drainage, sidewalks, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, and landscaping.
